ANNOUNCEMENT OF NATIONAL DAY HOLIDAY

Dear:  All officers and employees of Viet Nhat Tan Precision Mechanical Company Limited

Pursuant to the Labor Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and documents guiding its implementation;
Pursuant to the Company's labor regulations and general policies;
In order to ensure that the production and business activities and the holiday time of employees are handled in accordance with the regulations of the State.

The Board of Directors of Viet Nhat Tan EPZ Co., Ltd. announces to all employees of the Company the holiday as follows:

● Holiday time: All employees of the Company are off: 02 days, from September 1, 2023 (Friday) to the end of September 2, 2023 (Saturday)

● Resumption time: September 4, 2023 (Monday)

In order to ensure security and order during the holidays, the Company requires the departments to well perform the following contents:

All employees of the Company clean and sanitize tables and chairs, working positions, neatly arrange documents, machinery and equipment under their management.

Employees check the electricity and water systems; QLSX turned off the power circuit breaker before the holiday.
Department heads and production managers arrange work and production plans to create favorable conditions for employees to have holidays according to regulations.
Upon receiving this notice, all employees of the Company are requested to seriously implement it.
